* WHERE...The Northern Meade County Plains, Ziebach County and
the Southern Meade County Plains. This includes the Tribal
Lands of the Cheyenne River Reservation.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM MST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
